| Miller Transfer is a leader in specialized transportation. We are growing and we are looking for a sales/operations person to add to our team.
Requirements:
Miller Transfer desires: FAST PACED, TAKE CHARGE, BOLD and an ASSERTIVE individual to drive our business forward.
This position will be a combination of operational duties as well as make outside calls on customers to generate new account leads and maintain existing customers as well. This position does require travel.
DUTIES:
Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
* Sell our transportation services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
* Operational duties such as dispatch, quoting, and driver recruiting.
* Must be self-motivated and able work as team and independently
* Multi-task and customer service skills required
**MUST HAVE BACKGROUND IN OPERATIONS**
-Must have experience in cold calling as well as customer site visits
-Must be familair with dispatch
-Must have at least 3 years experience in sales and operations
